Anshuman Das
Founder and COO

Anshuman is a seasoned recruitment professional in the technology products industry. He started out his career as a technology professional at Infosys Technologies before pursuing his interests in the recruitment industry as a co-founder of CareerNet. Anshuman leads CareerNet's operations based out of Bangalore, India. His areas of interest include defining & establishing strong recruitment delivery models, innovative service levels that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives and structuring long term recruitment partnerships. A strong networker by nature, Anshuman set up the executive search practice in CareerNet and has grown the business significantly to be the largest executive search firm in the technology products sector.

Anshuman holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rishi Das
Founder and CEO

Rishi has more than a decade of industry experience. Prior to co-founding CareerNet, Rishi worked with Tata Infotech as a technology professional. Rishi conceived CareerNet as a highly differentiated recruitment platform at the turn of the millennium to serve the rapidly emerging Indian technology industry. His core areas of interest are the creation and implementation of new business models in the recruitment industry. Rishi pioneered the concept of collaborative campus recruitment in India and continues to plays a very active role in fostering a strong industry-academia ecosystem in India.

Rishi holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Satish Chandra
President-Delivery Excellence

With 20 years of international experience in the IT industry, Satish comes with broad spectrum of professional experience in IS Management, Customer Services, Technology outsourcing, business process re-engineering and HR management. Satish has led IS teams providing consulting services in the areas of IS Governance as well as operations teams managing program delivery of large IT and Business Process outsourcing clients. He has handled various functions like services marketing, customer service and pre-sales as well post-sales technical support. Satish has also been closely involved in various businesses and initiatives centered on Internet based e-com applications and IT infrastructure. He is an expert in Six Sigma methodologies having led multiple Six Sigma projects as a Black Belt. During his tenure at Wipro, Satish also led the Strategic Resourcing function which recruited 4500 people.

Pasupathi S
Vice President

Pasupathi has a dual leadership role at CareerNet where he heads the Applications recruitment practice as well as the Campus and Entry Level hiring practice. His areas of strength and experience lie in setting up and handling large distributed teams and client management apart from having a robust technology background.

Pasupathi began his career in software development at SAP Labs India. During his seven year stint at SAP he was involved in the development of a number of products developed out of the Bangalore Lab. He went on to manage the team which was developing a Groupware Integration framework for the SAP Applications. Pasupathi holds an Integrated M.Sc in Maths and Computer Applications from IIT Delhi.

Ashish Chitravanshi
Head-Technology

Ashish leads the technology team at CareerNet. He has been responsible for setting up the in house recruitment product delivery team; the team delivers bleeding edge technology that empowers recruitment by significantly improving process adherence, adopting innovative business workflows and improving productivity. His team has developed, released and carried a very large scale implementation of an advanced applicant management system which is among the best recruitment products in the business today.

Ashish started his career with CareerNet and has been associated with the firm for more than six years now. He started his career in recruitment where he managed a bouquet of recruitment service offerings for the key CareerNet customers. He significantly contributed in setting up of several ODCs by servicing their end to end talent requirements.

Ashish holds a Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rohit Srivastava
General Manager

Rohit has been instrumental in the company's growth and success and currently manages the Semiconductor recruitment practice and also oversees key executive search assignments.

Rohit played a key role in creating the various technology practices within CareerNet during the company's formative years. Rohit has led recruitment assignments across the spectrum of functional areas including Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. His recruitment experience also spans various sectors including Enterprise Infrastructure, Computing, Networking, Consumer Electronics, Wireless, Enterprise Software and Semiconductor.

Rohit is a high energy individual, who has been extremely successful in attracting top-notch executive talent for CareerNet's clients through his deep and thorough understanding of Executive search practices, strategic planning and targeted research and sourcing.

Rohit started his career at CareerNet Consulting and has the distinction of being the first employee of the firm. He holds a B.S. in Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi University and an MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow with a concentration in Systems and Finance.

Sachin Shukla
General Manager

Sachin is one of the first employees of CareerNet and has been instrumental in growth and evolution of various business practices at CareerNet.

Sachin currently leads the application product development and services recruitment practice at CareerNet which services clients across the spectrum from startups to some of the best Indian and global corporations including several Fortune 500 companies.

Sachin is focused on client engagement and manages a fulfillment team of more than 60 professionals working on a variety of technology skills including highly specialized and niche areas. Sachin also plays a key role in developing and implementing key client engagements as part of CareerNet's RPO and turnkey business solutions.

Sachin holds Bachelors in Commerce from Lucknow University and an MBA from Indore University.

Neelabh Shukla
General Manager

Neelabh is among the early members of Team CareerNet and had been instrumental in company's growth by contributing towards evolution of innovative recruitment models as well as by incubating the new practices within organization. He leads the delivery of large systems focused recruitment practice at CareerNet and is also responsible for managing several key accounts for the organization. His area of interest include talent mapping and providing recruitment solutions for industries such as semiconductor, embedded, telecom, networking and storage.

Developing candidate & client relationships have been the prime focus for Neelabh for the years he has spend at CareerNet. Neelabh plays a key consultative role with the customers on talent landscape & acquisition strategies and next generation recruitment process as part of CareerNet's business solutions.

Neelabh holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Institute of Technology & Management - Southern New Hampshire University.
